We self-perform a great deal of the work and bring in a settled network of subcontractors for specialist trades. That distinction matters less to you than what follows from it: the project is managed by us throughout, and you deal with one point of contact rather than chasing five trades who each blame the last one.
Most of what goes wrong on a build goes wrong in the planning. An older house rarely matches its drawings, a commercial space rarely comes with an accurate services layout, and the cost of discovering that late is far higher than the cost of looking properly at the start. So we spend real time on scope and sequence before anyone starts work, and when something genuinely changes we price it before we do it rather than after.
