Estimates and pricing
Nothing on this website is an offer to carry out work at a stated price. What a project costs depends on its scope, the condition and age of the existing structure, access, finish level and what is found once work begins. An estimate becomes binding only when we issue it in writing for a defined scope and you accept it. Where scope genuinely changes mid-project we price the change before carrying it out.
Project examples and photographs
Photographs on this site are illustrative of the type of work described. They do not necessarily show a specific project we have completed, and no photograph should be taken as a representation of the finish, materials or specification your project will receive. Ask us for details of comparable work if that matters to your decision.
Timelines
Programme dates given before a contract exists are indicative. Weather, inspection scheduling, permitting and material lead times are outside our control, and any firm dates form part of the written contract for your project rather than anything published here.
Permits and inspections
Where we run permitting and inspections it is stated in your contract. Nothing on this website is a warranty that a particular permit will be granted or that a particular scope is permissible on your property.
Your content
If you send us photographs, drawings or descriptions of your property, you confirm you are entitled to share them and you allow us to use them to prepare your estimate. We will not publish them without asking you first.

The content, branding and layout of this site belong to Thirteen Towers General Contracting. We aim to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
